Terms of Service
1. Service Description: Spooky Studio PLUS by Jim Harold provides access to exclusive podcast content not available on free feeds.
2. Eligibility: Users must be 18 years or older to subscribe.
3. Availability: The service is currently available worldwide. Availability may change over time.
4. Payment Terms:
By subscribing, you authorize Jim Harold Media LLC to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
The amount charged will correspond to the plan you selected at signup. Promotional prices may apply only to the initial signup period selected.
For monthly subscriptions, you will be billed on the same date each month or the equivalent. For annual subscriptions, you will be billed once per year on your signup anniversary.
All fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.
5. Subscription Details:
Your subscription billing begins on the signup date and continues until canceled.
After cancellation, you'll retain access to PLUS content through the end of your current paid period. For example, if you've paid through October 31st but cancel on October 15th, you'll continue to have access until end of day October 31st.
6. Restrictions on Use:
You must be 18 or older to subscribe.
Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not share your account or distribute content to non-subscribers.
Unauthorized distribution of PLUS content (such as uploading to public platforms like YouTube) is strictly prohibited.
Jim Harold Media LLC reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action in cases of copyright infringement or unauthorized distribution of content.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
7. Cancellation and Termination:
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Supporting Cast website.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, you will lose access to PLUS content at the end of your current billing period.
8. Refunds:
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
9. User Conduct: If community features are implemented, members must conduct themselves respectfully. This extends to any interaction with members of Jim Harold Media LLC or any of our PLUS partners. Violation may result in subscription cancellation.
10. Intellectual Property: All Spooky Studio PLUS content is the property of Jim Harold Media LLC and cannot be republished without express written permission.
11. Privacy:
We collect your name and email address.
Payment information is processed by Stripe and not stored by Jim Harold Media.
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us, subject to our legal and business requirements.
